| Annual Awards - for 6th and 8th grade contests Individual Awards Each student scoring above the national average
will receive a Certificate of Merit. Every school's individual champion will be awarded the school champion's medallion.
The student receiving the highest score nationally will receive the United States' Champion's Trophy and a commemorative plaque for their school.
School Team Awards The top three school teams nationally, will receive gold, silver, or bronze medals for each of the four school team members; as well as a commemorative plaque for their school. (The highest four individual scores from each school will be added, and will automatically qualify for the School Team Competition.)
